My name is Kimberly Barnett, a seasoned paralegal with ten years of experience who founded this business.

I assist attorneys throughout North Carolina with a multitude of jobs.  One area I tend to focus in is personal injury.  The process if I am assisting with a PI case is for me to give you a blank chart, and ask you simply list the known medical providers for the past 10 years OR sign a release to allow me to contact your client and obtain said information.  From there, I obtain, play detective for things not listed, and summarize the client's health history in a neat, easy to follow chart for you, and provide you with all records.  I typically answer discovery, but it is always up to you what I do or do not do.

In domestic cases, another area in which I have a great deal of experience, I help a lot with pleadings, motions, Equitable Distribution Affidavits, and discovery.

Estates are something I can handle from intake to finalizing the estate and closing it out, as long as throughout the way all of my work is monitored, of course (as with any of these tasks!).

Foreclosure hearings, title searches, are the extent of my knowledge in real property.  I am well versed in collections and the procedure for default judgments.
